We are a group of more than 1,400 members and growing, consisting of Municipal Clerks, Clerk/Treasurers, Deputy Clerks, Administrators, Assistants, and other government employees performing the duties of Municipal Clerk.  We are always looking to add to our Municipal Clerk family!!

 

 

The WMCA has always been centered on the training and education of its members.  The Association continues to ensure its members receive training on topics necessary to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.  Benefits of membership include:  Clerk’s email ListServ, monthly newsletter, annual conferences, district meetings, mentor/mentee program, networking and professional development opportunities, and much more!

 

 

If you are new to the WMCA, select one of the following membership titles to learn more about the various membership categories available and for new membership applications:

 

• Active Member (Municipal Clerk, Clerk/Treasurer, Deputy Clerk, Administrator, Assistant or any municipal employee performing clerk-related duties)
• Government Associate Member (Government employees not eligible to become an Active Member)
• Clerk-in-Transition Member (available to Active Members in transition between positions of Clerk, Deputy Clerk, or any individual actively performing the duties of Municipal Clerk)
• Associate Member (available to companies and corporations that are not eligible to become an Active Member)
