According to Section 2.2.  Clerk-in-Transition - The Clerk-in-Transition membership shall be available to those Active Members in transition between positions of Clerk, Deputy Clerk, or any individual actively performing the duties of Municipal Clerk of a given municipality as defined by state statute. This membership is limited to two consecutive years, unless proof of continued qualified education is provided based on WMCA certification standards.
