Part-Time Account Clerk - The Village of Twin Lakes

Position Objectives:

The Village of Twin Lakes (population 6,136) is seeking a qualified candidate for the part-time position of Account Clerk. This position will be 24 hours per week  This position reports to the Village Clerk and performs administrative and financial duties including handling public inquiries, processing transactions, supporting financial operations, and assisting with Village programs and services. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer service for Village services (reservations, permits, etc.)
  • Processing billing, payments, and tax collections
  • Document management and filing
  • Assisting with general office operations and election preparations

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Benefits:

Starting Wage: $19.56-22.96/hour DOQ
