Finance Committee

The Finance Committee will assist the WMCA Board of Directors in its oversight responsibilities relating to fiscal management of the Association. The Finance Committee’s role includes a particular focus on the qualitative aspects of financial reporting, organization processes for the management of risk, and compliance with significant, applicable tax, legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.  The Finance Committee will also review the monthly bills and approve payment, and will review monthly financial reports generated by the Executive Director and WMCA Treasurer to see that the annual budget is followed.
