Active Member

According to Section 2.1 of the WMCA Constitution - Any individual holding the office of Clerk, Deputy Clerk or any individual actively performing the duties of Municipal Clerk as defined by state statutes may become an Active Member of the WMCA by payment of annual dues.  



If you are a Municipal Clerk, Clerk/Treasurer, deputy, administrator, assistant or any municipal employee that has clerk-related duties, AND your municipality has never belonged to WMCA before OR it is a new position at your municipality that has never been a member before, you are eligible for a new Active Membership for $50.  Open the fillable New Active Member application, complete and mail it in to the WMCA Office along with your dues check.  If paying by credit card, you can fax the application to 920-568-9278.



If you are currently an Active Member of the WMCA, your renewal dues are $65.  


OPTION #1:  You can click on this Membership Renewal Link to renew your membership on-line and pay via credit card or note that you will be sending in a check.  After you walk through the renewal process, an Invoice/receipt email will be sent to you.


OPTION #2:  You can open the fillable Active Renewal Member application below, complete the form and mail it in to the WMCA Office along with your dues check or, if paying by credit card, fax the form to 920-568-9278.
