ACTIVE MEMBER
 
According to Section 2.1 of the WMCA Constitution – “Any individual holding the office of Clerk, Deputy Clerk, or any individual performing the duties of Municipal Clerk as defined by State Statutes may become an Active Member of the WMCA by payment of annual renewal dues”.
 
NEW ACTIVE MEMBER
 
New Active Memberships are available to Municipal Clerks, Clerk/Treasurers, deputies, administrators, assistants, or any other municipal employee that has clerk-related duties AND the municipal has never belonged to the WMCA before for an initial fee of $50.00. 
 
 
To become an Active Member, complete the New Active Member Application linked below and send it to the WMCA office.  If you are paying by check, complete and mail the form along with your dues check.  If you are paying via credit card, the form can be faxed or emailed to the contact information listed on the form.
 
RENEWAL OF ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
 
If you are currently an Active Member of the WMCA, the renewal dues are $65.00 annually.  To renew your membership, you can either complete the Renewal Active Member Application linked below and mail it with your dues check or use the online Membership Renewal Link to renew your membership online and pay via credit card.  If using the online link, an invoice/receipt email will be sent upon completion.
