Clerk-In-Transition

According to Section 2.2 of the WMCA Constitution – “the Clerk-in-Transition membership shall be available to those Active Members in transition between positions of Clerk, Deputy Clerk, or any individual actively performing the duties of Municipal Clerk of a given municipality as defined by State Statute.”
 
This membership is limited to two (2) consecutive years, unless proof of continued qualified education is provided based on WMCA certification standards. This membership type is offered at a fee of $25.00.
 
To become a Clerk-in-Transition, complete the Clerk-in-Transition Application linked below and send it to the WMCA office. If you are paying by check, complete and mail the form along with your dues check. If you are paying via credit card, the form can be faxed or emailed to the contact information listed on the form.
