The membership year of the WMCA runs from January to December.

Regular Membership - $45.00

If you are a municipal clerk, clerk/treasurer, deputy, administrator, assistant or any municipal employee that has clerk-related duties, you can be a regular member of the WMCA. Download the Regular Member application, fill it out and mail it in to the WMCA Coordinator along with your dues check.

Clerk-In-Transition - $25.00

This class of membership shall be available to those individuals in transition between positions of Clerk, Deputy Clerk or Assistant to the Clerk of a given municipality. You can download a Transition Membership Application by clicking here. Fill it out and mail it in to the WMCA Coordinator along with your dues check.

Clerk-At-Heart - $0.00

This class of membership shall be available to those former and retired regular members who had been in the Association for five years or more, and who remain interested in the association and subscribe to its objectives. There shall be no annual dues for this class of membership. Clerks-at-Heart retain all rights and privileges of active membership. Download the Clerk-At-Heart application, fill it out and mail it in to the WMCA Coordinator.

Associate Membership - $100.00

This class of membership shall be available to those who are not eligible for regular membership. but who are interested in and who subscribe to the objectives of the organization. This membership is for vendors that offer products to improve methods in government The dues for associate members shall be set at the annual meeting, upon recommendation of the Executive Board. Download the Associate member application, fill it out and mail it in to the WMCA Coordinator along with your dues check.

2nd Associate Membership - $50.00

This class of membership is reserved for the second and additional vendors from the same company as the Associate Member. Download the 2nd Associate member application, fill it out and mail it in to the WMCA Coordinator along with your dues check.
